Short drive to just about anything, but still quiet and not too much traffic.

It's very quiet,well kept u!!. Keeps the apartment well maintained and every and anybody doesen't live in the complex where they can bring down the complex. I love how they have the pet dispenser,the trash pick up and maintance is excellent very pleased how they're quick to get the job done. Office staff is very professional and nice. I believe if they continue to keep the respectable individuals and complex well kept in order it will continue to prosper.There are alot of people who doesn't respect or care about things they don't own and just live any kind of way. Very happy and plan to be here for some years as long the property is kept the way it is.

It is a nice property, well maintained, with good service.

The apartment community is peaceful and quiet. Very well maintained and the office staffs are friendly and very professional. When it comes to maintenance, response to maintenance request is second to known. I am very impressed so far and would recommend this property to others.

It's one of the best apartments that I've ever lived in. Every apartment has its issues (disgruntled neighbors, dogs, etc), but overall, Cumberland has been great at addressing all issues. It's clean, fairly quiet, and the office is very helpful.

I have been here 2 years and I enjoy my stay. They are very nice and friendly.

The atmosphere at Cumberland on Granbury is a notch above similar properties in the area. The property is kept clean and orderly. The management is professional, honest and helpful. I have only had one maintenance problem in two years, and it was addressed and resolved quickly. I have never felt uncomfortable in common areas. Most importantly, there have been no problems with residents loitering in common areas behaving in a loud or confrontational manner, which is one of my biggest pet peeves in apartments. When I shop for an apartment, I drive through the property on several nights and weekends to see if there are people in the parking lots and common areas socializing, and especially drinking and "partying." This is usually a sign of trouble, because it interferes with the right of peaceful, undisturbed ingress and egress. In my entire stay here, only one time did I encounter a group of young people socializing and drinking in my path. It was unusual, and never happened again. All socializing and loitering is confined to the appropriate recreational areas. The residents here are very civil and respectful of neighbors. The price is somewhat above similar floor plans in the area, but the safety, comfort and cleanliness are worth it. In addition, the appliances and A/C are very energy efficient.

Beautiful, spacious, clean, modern and AWAY FROM ALL THE HIGHWAY TRAFFIC!!! Best place to be in the area. Love it.
