To help ensure ALL of our residents understand our pet and animal-related policies, we use a third-party screening service and require EVERYONE to complete a profile (No Pet/Pet/Animal). This process ensures we have formalized pet and animal-related policy acknowledgments and more accurate records to create greater mutual accountability. We reserve the right to refuse any pet that we deem as inappropriate for apartment community living. All pets must be approved by management prior to move-in. All pets must be registered with the city of Fort Worth and vaccinated. A DNA test (Poo-Prints) for each dog is mandatory for the purpose of animal identification.
