We reserve the right to refuse any pet that we deem as inappropriate for apartment community living. All pets must be approved by management prior to move-in. All pets must be registered with the city of Fort Worth and vaccinated. A DNA test (Poo-Prints) for each dog is mandatory for the purpose of animal identification.
